After a challenging year for both Star Atlas and the wider crypto ecosystem, join me in taking a clear-eyed look at where the game stands entering 2026: what stalled, what progressed, and what is now taking shape. More importantly, let’s look ahead at upcoming milestones such as SAGE C4, UE5–SAGE convergence, and the gradual emergence of the MMORPG layer, while acknowledging the patience these developments have required. For Aephia Industries, our focus shifts from mostly waiting to preparation. Endurance has come not from momentum, but from a strong community, consistent long-term goals, and a commitment to economic strategy and coordination. 2026 may not promise momentum, but it does offer direction.

We had another quiet post-IMPACT week regarding Star Atlas news. We received a new Economic Report for Q3 of 2024, and an interesting Economic Forum session followed up on that this past Thursday. The DAO Council elections are also going strong, with the voting deadline coming up this Friday! Finally, we wrap this issue up with a follow-up of last week’s dialogue regarding community concerns. This time, Michael (CEO) stepped in to shed some light on the various topics. Though it’s a long read, we feel it is worth sharing with you!

After the whirlwind that was IMPACT, the dust slowly settled again. Most team members are back home, and everyone is eager to release cool stuff over the coming months. Logically, news has been slow this past week, but we picked some tidbits for you! The biggest item is no doubt that Round 2 of the Council Elections has started! Furthermore, we now have the official list of Naabathon winners and some additional notes on the IMPACT Summit itself. Lastly, there was some back-and-forth between concerned community members and Danny (CPO), which we included at the end as Danny’s answers are insightful and worth sharing.

The IMPACT Summit is a wrap! The Breakpoint side conference, organized by ATMTA, is over, and many team members and most community members have been making their way back home or are about to. The event was well executed, without any delay, and mostly without technical issues. But that is not all that happened–despite perhaps feeling that way when you are present in this bubble for a full week. The Naabathon winners were announced on stage during IMPACT, and so were the 12 DAO Council candidates who made it to the final voting round.

This past week was all about Crew! The snapshot took place, the airdrop almost took place, and this week, people will start opening up their Crew Packs with the custom opening experience the team has created! Packs will go on sale this Tuesday, and the team has been leaking Crew Cards left and right to drum up hype! But that is not all there was going on! The second and third rounds of POLIS Improvement Proposals have been approved, the first phase of the Council Elections is underway, and the IMPACT Summit is drawing near!
